About me
Like the Shintoists I believe that a life-force resides in every creation.
When I was little I felt I was raised by our garden more then by the humans around me.
The natural world has always carried magic for me.
When I create my artworks I transport myself back into this place of wonder. (For me there is a connection between beauty, vulnerability, respect, love and above all magic.)
My work is a celebration of the beauty I perceive around me., a conversation with the image that comes to life, it has it's own will and I learn from it. Once I am finished I am no longer the same. It's about growing, remembering and dancing.
My artworks are the traces my dance leaves behind.
